JustOrder Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JustOrder (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using JustOrder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.


1. About JustOrder

JustOrder is a digital platform that connects users (“Customers”) with third-party vendors (“Vendors”) and delivery partners (“Riders”) to facilitate the purchase and delivery of food, groceries, pharmacy products, and other retail items, as well as parcel delivery services within Accra and other supported areas.

JustOrder acts only as an intermediary — we do not manufacture, prepare, or sell any products directly. All goods and services are provided by independent Vendors.

2. Eligibility

To use JustOrder, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Services

Our Platform allows you to:

  • Order food, groceries, pharmacy, and retail items from verified Vendors.

  • Send and receive parcels through registered delivery partners.

  • Track your orders in real-time.

  • Pay securely via mobile money, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without prior notice.

 

4. Orders and Payments

  • Prices displayed on the Platform are set by the Vendors.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless allowed by the Vendor.

  • Payments must be made through the Platform’s secure payment options.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

  • JustOrder is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer (e.g., wrong address or contact details).

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on Vendor preparation time, location, and traffic conditions.

  • Our Riders will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time.

  • Customers must be available to receive deliveries at the specified address.

  • If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., customer unavailable), additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products they sell through the Platform.

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable health, safety, and consumer protection laws.

  • JustOrder shall not be liable for any product-related issues, including spoilage, incorrect items, or health effects.

7. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Riders, Vendors, or support staff.

  • Manipulate or misuse order systems (e.g., false orders, fake reviews).

  • Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. Parcel Delivery

  • Parcels must not contain illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.

  • The Customer is responsible for proper packaging and labeling.

  • JustOrder and its Riders are not liable for damage caused by poor packaging or false declarations.

  • High-value items should be declared in advance for appropriate handling and insurance options.

9. Pharmacy Orders

  • Orders for pharmacy products are fulfilled only by licensed Vendors.

  • Customers may be required to upload valid prescriptions for restricted medications.

  • JustOrder does not offer medical advice or substitute professional healthcare consultation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software — is owned by JustOrder or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

JustOrder is not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or damages caused by Vendors or Riders.

  • Errors due to incorrect information provided by Customers.

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform use.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the affected order.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Accra.
